Our pipe is manufactured from Aisi 304L and Aisi 316L stainless steel. It is made from annealed sheet with BA or 2B finish, argon welded with the TIG system, gauged, with internal weld bead cold laminated and debeaded externally with emery cloth. It is solution heat-treated in controlled atmosphere.

It is subjected to nondestructive inspection (inspection line with parasite currents), verification of mechanical characteristics, dimensional inspection and surface examination. It is produced in accordance with dimensional tolerance levels stipulated in ASTM A269 and A270 manufacturing standards.

Finishes available are pickled, external and internal glazing and electrolytic polishing.

Our pipe hangers are made of Aisi 304L stainless steel with electropolished surface. Their high strength construction ensures safe effective support.

The fixed support can be hinged to the moving support or connected with wing nuts or hexagonal nuts.

Pipe hangers are available with plain end, BSP male or female thread, and fitted with welded pipe.
